Manual DM screening for customer support and influencer onboarding.
What I did
- Detects whether an inbound message is from a customer or an influencer, then routes and responds accordingly
- For complaints: generates a contextually appropriate resolution response and logs the complaint into a structured Excel sheet
- For influencers: identifies collaboration intent and sends a branded website link to submit details and agree to partnership terms
