A fully automated WhatsApp AI agent that books confirmed appointments into Google Calendar inside the chat.
0Human intervention per booking
Challenge
Qualify inquiries and book appointments without manual handling.
What I did
- Built a fully automated WhatsApp AI agent that communicates with customers in natural, human-like conversation using NLP
- The agent qualifies inquiries, collects booking details, and directly creates confirmed appointments in Google Calendar
- Integrated with WhatsApp Business API, Google Calendar API, and an AI language model
